Programs
Three engagement shapes, depending on how much you want and how committed you are. Most clients start with BodyUp!; about half continue into 1:1 ongoing after that. Custom corporate engagements are a separate conversation — email us if that's the fit.
BodyUp! — 4-week personalized program
The structured 4-week program most clients start with. Built around your specific goals, training history, and what you have access to (gym, home equipment, bodyweight only). Includes:
- A 45-minute kickoff call with Naeemah to talk through your starting point, injuries, schedule, and goals
- A custom 4-week training program delivered through our app — videos, sets and reps, tempo notes, progress tracking
- Weekly nutrition guidance — not a meal plan, but the principles and habits we want you to build during the program
- Asynchronous messaging access throughout — questions, video form-checks, programming tweaks
- A 30-minute close-out call at the end of week four with assessment, results, and next-step recommendations
BodyUp! is intentionally time-bounded. The point is to give you enough structure to learn how you train best, then either continue into ongoing coaching or take what you've learned and run with it on your own.
1:1 ongoing coaching
Monthly coaching for people who've either completed BodyUp! or have enough training history that we can skip the 4-week assessment phase. Programs adjust every two weeks based on your progress, recovery, and what's happening in your life that week. Includes:
- A new training block every 4 weeks, with mid-block adjustments as needed
- 30-minute coaching calls every two weeks
- Unlimited async messaging
- Nutrition guidance and habit accountability
- Form-check video review (send us a video, we send back notes within 24 hours)
- Quarterly review with measurement check, photos, and goal recalibration
Three-month minimum because change takes time and we both need long enough to see whether the programming is working. After three months, month-to-month with 30 days' notice to cancel.
Group and corporate engagements
Group challenges, corporate wellness programs, and team training engagements. We've run quarterly fitness challenges for several NYC-based companies and a handful of remote-first teams. These are quoted individually based on group size, programming complexity, and the level of touch (purely async, weekly group calls, individual check-ins, etc.).
The shape we tend to recommend: 8-week group programs with shared programming, a private community channel, weekly group coaching calls, and optional individual check-ins for participants who want them. Email [email protected] with rough team size and goals to start.
How to know which is right for you
Honest defaults:
- If you've never had a coach before: BodyUp! Start with the structured 4-week version so you can learn how you respond to programming before committing to a longer engagement.
- If you've had a coach before and want continuity: 1:1 ongoing. Skip BodyUp! unless you specifically want a clean reset.
- If you're returning to fitness after a long break or injury: BodyUp!, and let us know in the intro call about the gap or injury so we can program around it carefully.
- If you mostly want accountability and your programming is fine: We don't really sell accountability-only services, but a 3-month 1:1 engagement is the closest fit, with the understanding that the value is in the programming as much as the check-ins.
What we don't do
- Bodybuilding contest prep. Different specialty, different coaches.
- Powerlifting-only programs. We program strength work as part of mixed programs, but we don't compete-prep powerlifters.
- Rehab. If you're recovering from a recent injury, we need clearance from a physical therapist before starting any program.
- Diet plans. We do nutrition principles and habit work; we don't write rigid meal plans.
The intro call
15 minutes, free, no commitment. It's a real intro, not a sales call. We use the time to figure out whether one of our programs fits, and we'll say so directly if we think it doesn't. Book by emailing [email protected].
