What we publish
We're looking for original, well-researched articles that provide real value to fitness enthusiasts looking for expert coaching and workout guidance. Topics we cover include:

Submission guidelines
- Length: 800-2,000 words
- Originality: must be 100% original, not published elsewhere
- Tone: practical and conversational, not promotional
- Links: one contextual link to your site is fine; no affiliate links or thin content
- Format: send as a Google Doc or plain text email
What we don't accept
- Thinly-veiled product pitches or press releases
- AI-generated content without substantial editing
- Articles already published on other sites
- Casino, CBD, crypto, or payday loan content
